E-Peek Pahani 2025: The Government of Maharashtra has started a crop survey from 1st August 2025 for monsoon crops. The entry of crops on 7/12 can be done through smartphone. The last date for the survey will be 45 days after the process started.
The registration for the E-Peek Pahani survey started on 1st August 2025. The crop survey was digitally introduced for the first time in Maharashtra on 15th August 2021. Under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code of 1966 and related rules for crop registers (village form no. 12), were traditionally registered and maintained by the ground-level officer ‘Talathi’. With the digitalization, the farmers can now upload these surveys and information regarding the crop against 7/12 via their mobile phone. The Talathi will validate approximately 10% of entries of the crop registration survey.
With the E-Peek Pahani survey, the Maharashtra government aimed to replace traditional works with digitalization and create transparency over citizens. It is the necessary process for registering crops against 7/12. If the farmer failed to register this information, he will be unable to claim crop insurance, losses due to natural calamities, damage compensation claims, and other government schemes regarding farming and crops.

E-Peek Pahani Maharashtra 2025 last date
The registration for E-Peek Pahani 2025 started on 1st August 2025. The survey is conducted for kharif crops and is aimed to be completed within 45 days. The last date will be 14 September 2025. So complete the survey as soon as possible.
Process for E-Peek Pahani 2025
The Government of Maharashtra under the Department of Revenue had launched a subsequent app’s latest version named “E-Peek Pahani (DCS).” The app is available on the Android Play Store. The whole process will be done through this mobile app, and it works only with the Android version; it is not supported on iOS (iPhone).
Step 1
Download the app from the Play Store on mobile. Search E-Peek Pahani DCS by the Maharashtra Revenue Department and simply install the app.

Step 2
Choose your revenue division and proceed.

Step 3
If you have already registered, enter your mobile number and proceed; if not, click on new registration and fill in the name and mobile number, and click send the code. Login via code sent on mobile.

Step 4
Select district, taluka, and village. Click on the forward arrow.

Step 5
Search for a khatedar by typing their name or gut number and register the farmer.

Step 6
Go back to the login page, select the name, and click the forward icon.

Step 7
Click on the ‘Peek mahiti nondava’ option.

Step 8
Select the khate number, gat number, and kharif; select one peek; if there is only one crop, select its type and name; select the date of the crop; and click on the next.

Step 9
Turn on the location, go to the farm or land, and click two photos of the crops.

Step 10
Check the information and click on the checkbox, and go next. The survey will be complete.
